For freelance designers & small studios
Client approval,
in writing.
Send one link. Your client pins comments on the work and stamps the OK — recorded with a name and timestamp, so “looks good!!” never gets lost in an email thread again.
Free includes 3 active proofs. Pro is $19/mo when you need more.

The unpaid revision round
“That’s not what we approved” —
said every client, eventually.
Feedback arrives in emails, texts, calls, and one Slack message at 11pm. Approval happens — verbally, vaguely, somewhere. Then the invoice goes out, memories diverge, and you eat another round of revisions for free.
The proofing tools that solve this are built for marketing departments at $119–349 a month. So freelancers go without — and pay for it in scope creep.
Okaystamp is the missing middle: real proofing, a real approval record, priced for one person.
How it works
Three steps. About a minute.
01
Upload the work
Drag in a PNG, JPG, or PDF. Give it a title. That’s your proof.
02
Send one link
Your client opens it in any browser — no account, no install, no friction.
03
Get the stamped OK
They pin comments or approve. The decision lands on record: name, time, round.
What’s in the proof room
Small tool. Sharp edges where it counts.
Comments land on the pixel
Clients click the work to pin feedback exactly where they mean it. No more “the thing near the top, left-ish”.
The approval record
Every OK is stored with a name, timestamp, and round number — and prints as a clean one-page record you can attach to an invoice.
Rounds, not chaos
Upload round 2 and the same link shows the new work, reopens review, and keeps the old round on file. final_v3_FINAL retires today.
Zero client friction
No accounts, no passwords, no app to download. Your client types their name once and gets to work.
Your name on the door
Pro puts your logo and brand color on every review page. To your client, it’s your proofing room.
Read receipts, politely
See how many times a proof was viewed and when it was last opened — useful the day before you chase a sign-off.
Approval record
Homepage concept — round 2
“Love it — ship it.”
Recorded by Okaystamp · verifiable link
The artifact
A receipt for the OK.
Every decision becomes a one-page record — who approved, what round, the exact time, with a permanent link. Print it, attach it to the invoice, or just sleep better knowing it exists.
When a project wraps, that record is the difference between “he said, she said” and signed, stamped, settled.
Pricing
Free to start. $19 when it’s earning.
Three active proofs free, forever. Pro removes the limit and puts your brand on the room.
Questions
Fair questions, straight answers.
Q.Do my clients need an account?
No. They open your link, type their name, and can comment or approve immediately. That’s the whole point.
Q.What files can I send?
PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF, SVG, and PDF — up to 25MB per round. Multi-page PDFs get per-page pinned comments.
Q.Is the approval legally binding?
Okaystamp records who approved what, when, from where — a written, timestamped record. It’s strong evidence of sign-off in a scope dispute, though we’re a record keeper, not a law firm.
Q.What does free actually include?
Three active proofs at a time, unlimited rounds and comments, the full approval record. Archive finished work to free a slot — or go Pro for unlimited.
Q.How is this different from Filestage or Ziflow?
Those are built (and priced) for marketing departments — $119 to $349 a month. Okaystamp is the version for freelancers and small studios: the approval workflow, none of the enterprise.
