Terms of Service
1. The service
Okaystamp lets you upload creative work, share it via a link, and collect comments and approval decisions from your reviewers. Your use of the service means you accept these terms.
2. Your account
You’re responsible for your account, your password, and everything posted through it. You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract. One person per account; a “studio” account may be shared within one business.
3. Your content
What you upload stays yours. You grant us the technical license needed to store, display, and deliver it to the people you share links with — nothing more. You confirm you have the rights to the work you upload. We may remove content that is illegal, infringing, or abusive.
4. Review links
Proof links are unguessable but not password-protected: anyone you give a link to can view that proof and comment on it. Don’t share links you mean to keep private.
5. The approval record
Okaystamp records approval decisions with the reviewer-supplied name, optional email, timestamp, and technical metadata. We keep this record unaltered. It is evidence of a decision made through the service — we make no warranty about its legal effect in your jurisdiction or your contracts.
6. Plans and billing
Free includes 3 active proofs. Pro is billed monthly or yearly via Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled, which you can do any time from the billing portal — access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise.
7. Acceptable use
No illegal content, no malware, no infringing material, no abuse of the platform (scraping, spam, attempting to access others’ proofs). We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
8. Service and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it fast and available but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Keep your own backups of original work files — Okaystamp stores proofs, it is not an archive.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
